I’ve spoken of being daunted by Indian cooking – lots of spices, lots of ingredients. But FHE and I wanted Indian food so it was time to visit this long-bookmarked recipe. We threw in some cauliflower and red bell pepper for some vegetables and enjoyed every last bite atop freshly-cooked white. Rice Kernel had second thoughts, though. He’s still finicky about curries and, tonight, it just wasn’t going to work for him. Now, I never cook anyone a separate/different meal. That’s where a reserved small dish of all the ingredients minus the sauce came in handy….
